Berenice Morlet-Esparza

IVLP Program Manager

Berenice Morlet brings a global perspective and over 15 years of corporate and nonprofit experience to her role as Program Manager at the World Affairs Council of St. Louis. Her work focuses on building international connections through professional exchanges and community engagement.

Originally from Mexico, Berenice earned a BS in Marketing from Universidad del Valle de México and completed additional coursework in Public Relations and Communications at Universidad Europea de Madrid during a 1.5-year academic exchange in Spain. She spent more than a decade at American Express, where she held cross-functional roles in client management, business intelligence, quality, and customer service.

In 2016, Berenice entered the meetings and events field as a Client Account Manager with Global Business Travel Mexico. She later joined Red Companies as National Sales Manager, combining her analytical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver business solutions across sectors.

Since relocating to St. Louis in 2020, Berenice has dedicated her talents to advancing World Affairs STL’s mission. She manages high-level international visitor programs and cultivates opportunities for dialogue among global professionals, community members, and emerging leaders.

Berenice Morlet was born and raised in Mexico until age 23, when she participated in a 1.5-year exchange program in Madrid, Spain. She graduated with a BS in Marketing and a certified course in RP and Communications from Universidad del Valle de Mexico and Universidad Europe de Madrid.

Kimberley Vuitel

Kimberley Vuitel

Executive Director

Kimberley Vuitel brings over 20 years of global business and nonprofit leadership to her role as Executive Director of the World Affairs Council of St. Louis. Her career spans international trade, cross-cultural engagement, and mission-driven program development.

Kimberley previously held senior leadership roles with Victorinox Swiss Army and TRG Group, overseeing product development, global sales strategy, and market expansion in more than 30 countries. She also leads export training initiatives that have helped hundreds of businesses grow internationally—experience that informs her strategic approach to global engagement and nonprofit impact.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Home Sweet Home STL and previously chaired the board of CASA of St. Louis, where she advocated for children in the foster care system.

Kimberley holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Management from Towson University. In addition, she teaches a course on International Trade and Globalization at Washington University in St. Louis.

At World Affairs STL, she is actively strengthening partnerships, guiding strategic initiatives, and expanding the organization’s role in fostering international understanding across the St. Louis region.

Susan Lore

Susan Lore

Director of IVLP

Susan Lore has an extensive legal background as a business and corporate attorney. Over the course of her 30+ year legal career, she has worked in higher education as the Assistant General Counsel at St. Louis Community College and as in-house counsel to companies such as Revlon, NW Ayer, and J.C. Penney. She now directs the International Visitor Leadership Program for and is a board member of the World Affairs Council of St. Louis. She serves in these roles as a full-time volunteer.
