Introducing the World Affairs Council of St. Louis’ new, interactive fundraiser.

Welcome to the World Affairs Council of St. Louis’ exciting and intellectual fundraising event, “WorldQuest”. For two decades the World Affairs STL has proudly tested thousands of high school students’ knowledge on international trivia issues through the World Affairs Councils of America’s flagship youth education program, Academic WorldQuest.

The World Affairs Council of St. Louis is excited to partner with Crossroads College Prepratory School to extend this opportunity to a wider audience. WorldQuest offers businesses, organizations, parents and community members the chance to step into the shoes of our talented high school participants and test their knowledge on global topics and issues.

About WorldQuest

How is WorldQuest Played?
WorldQuest is played in a trivia format. Teams will comprised of up to eight people There will be 8 rounds with 8 questions each. Teams have 1 minute to answer each question. A moderator will read the questions from a PowerPoint presentation. Each team will select a team member to record the team’s answers. At the end of each round, the team’s scribe will submit their answer sheet to the judges.
Who Can Participate?
Everyone! Teams can be formed by corporations, organizations, schools or groups of friends. Individual registrants will be assigned to a team. 
Cost to Play
Early Bird Table: $350 per table

Early Bird Individual: $45

Early Bird ends on August 31st 

 

Standard Table: $375

Standard Individual: $55

Standard Ends on September 31st 

 

Last Call Table: $400

Last Call Individual: $75

Last Call to register is on October 9th

Becoming a Round Sponsor
The World Affairs Council of St. Louis offers companies, organizations, institutions the opportunity to become a Round Sponsor. Round Sponsor will be honored at the beginning of each round and will be able to compile a list of questions pertaining to a round theme.

Decoration Contest

If you’re hunting for a prize for more than just your trivia skills, participate in our table decoration contest! Prizes will be awarded to the team with the best table decorations.  

Drinks & Food
Food:

We welcome each table to bring their own food. The Council is exicted to be partnering with local, diverse restaurants to provide discounts to our attendees if they wish to cater food. Stay tuned for the list of participating restuarants.

Drinks:

This is a BYOB (bring your own beer) event. We will not be selling alcohol at the event, but are offering our attendees to pre-order wine through our wine fundraiser.
